Donorgram processes account and operational data to provide the fundraising platform to UK charities and their invited partners. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
Account details (name, email, organisation), configuration data (campaigns, merchants, branding), transaction and donation records needed for ledgers, and limited website analytics.
Partner checkout data
When merchants log round-ups, we receive order references and amounts — not full card details. Payment card data stays with the merchant’s gateway.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold. Contact privacy@donorgram.test.
